Dante Flores was cold coming off the bench, but Flores warmed up quickly as Flores stroked a key pinch-hit single in the 10 to lead the Chatham Anglers (8-5) to a 6-5 win over the Brewster Whitecaps (5-9) on Saturday at Veterans Field.
With the Chatham Anglers trailing by two in the tenth inning, Flores came to the plate and singled.
A walk-off error by Pat Valaika gave the Chatham Anglers the win.
