Jagielo's walk-off double send the Harwich Mariners home winners, 6-5

A walk-off double from Eric Jagielo brought home the winning run for the Harwich Mariners (15-6) in a 6-5 victory over the Wareham Gatemen at Whitehouse Field on Monday.

Jagielo put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Harwich Mariners. He tripled in the fifth inning, singled in the seventh inning, and doubled in the ninth inning.

Phil Ervin racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Harwich Mariners. He singled in the fourth inning and homered in the fifth inning.

Tyler Horan got on base three times in the game for the Wareham Gatemen (10-11). He singled in the second inning and tripled in the fourth inning.

Brandon Woodruff improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Harwich Mariners. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered one hit.

Joe Filomeno ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed one run.
