Jose helps the Hyannis Harbor Hawks down the Chatham Anglers 4-3

Dominic Jose went 2-4, helping the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (14-7) to a 4-3 victory over the Chatham Anglers (15-8) on Tuesday at Veterans Field.

He singled in the fifth and seventh innings.

Cy Sneed had an impressive outing against the Chatham Anglers' lineup. The Chatham Anglers managed just two hits off of Sneed, who allowed one earned run, walked two and struck out five during his five innings of work.

A bright spot for the Chatham Anglers in the defeat was Ryan Leach, who allowed only zero runs while striking out five.

J.D. Davis led the Chatham Anglers' offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He singled in the sixth and eighth innings.

Aaron Garza (0-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
