Henry helps the Evansville Otters down the Washington Wild Things 5-4

C.J. Henry had two extra base hits, helping the Evansville Otters (25-19) to a 5-4 victory over the Washington Wild Things (22-23) on Sunday at Bosse Field.

He tripled in the fifth inning and homered in the eighth inning.

Ryan Zamorsky handled the Washington Wild Things' lineup with ease, racking up seven strikeouts. Zamorsky allowed two earned runs on five hits and one walk over seven innings.

Stewart Ijames had two extra-base hits for the Washington Wild Things. He homered in the fifth inning, singled in the seventh inning, and doubled in the ninth inning.

Mike Hanley recorded his first win of the year for the Evansville Otters. He allowed one run over one inning. Hanley struck out one, walked one and gave up one hit.

Matt Phillips (0-2) took the loss for the Washington Wild Things. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.

Ricardo Lizcano, Henry and Frank Martinez helped lead the Evansville Otters. They combined for five hits and three RBIs.
