The Somerset Patriots survive the York Revolution 5-4 thanks to Hennigan's late-game heroics

Dan Hennigan drove in the go-ahead run to give the Somerset Patriots (14-6) the lead in the sixth inning, as the Somerset Patriots hung on to beat the York Revolution (11-10) 5-4 on Thursday.

Luis Montanez singled to get on base in the sixth. He then went from first to third on a groundout by James Skelton.

The Somerset Patriots staved off the York Revolution as the York Revolution were unable to match the Somerset Patriots down the stretch.

The York Revolution scored one run in the eighth on a solo home run by Wilson Batista. Despite their efforts, the York Revolution couldn't get over the hump.

Montanez racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Somerset Patriots. He singled in the second, fourth, and sixth innings.

Josh Lowey recorded his second win of the year for the Somerset Patriots. He allowed three runs over six innings. Lowey struck out one, walked one and gave up six hits.

Michael Wuertz was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
