The University of Calgary (1-3) blew out the University of Lethbridge 8-1 on Sunday after pouring on six runs in the sixth inning.

The University of Calgary were led by Taylor McGonigal's hitting. McGonigal went 2-3 and drove in one. He tripled in the third inning and singled in the fifth and sixth innings.

Sarah Plishka picked up the win for the University of Calgary. Plishka allowed no earned runs, four hits and two walks while striking out four over six innings of work.

Michelle Zeiverink was charged with his fourth loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in six innings, walked two and struck out none.
