Christi Orgeron went 2-3, sparking the United States National Team (22-1) to a 4-2 victory in seven innings over the Canada National Team (3-5) on Friday at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium.

Keilani Ricketts got the win, running her season record to 8-0. She allowed two runs over five innings. Ricketts struck out four, walked none and gave up six hits.

Danielle Lawrie ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with her first loss of the year. She lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
