The United States National Team (1-0) took down the Puerto Rico National Team 8-0 on Thursday at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium after slamming the Puerto Rico National Team (0-2) with five runs in the third inning.

Christi Orgeron racked up three RBIs on two hits for the United States National Team. He doubled in the third and fourth innings.

Chelsea Thomas brought the heat against the Puerto Rico National Team during his outing. The Puerto Rico National Team managed just one hit off of Thomas, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out six during his 3 2/3 innings of work.

Laura Ramos (0-1) took the loss for the Puerto Rico National Team. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked five and struck out none.
