1. You must actively contact a decision-maker within a league or rink and tell them about Pointstreak's concept, benefits and website. Encourage your lead to contact Pointstreak to find out more information.

2. You must register each lead with Pointstreak (see online form below). There are no limits on the number of leads that you can register.

3. In order to be considered a "successful sale", a registered lead must convert to a sale within six (6) months from the date of registration.

4. Proposed leads with whom Pointstreak has had prior contact or business relationships with are not eligible.
