Toronto, ON – Pointstreak Sports Technologies Inc. and the South Florida Collegiate Baseball League are pleased to announce they have reached an Agreement which will see Pointstreak provide real-time scoring, official statistics, a customized CMS site and league administration services to the league.
Pointstreak Stats’ baseball platform will streamline the process of capturing and delivering game statistics for the South Florida Collegiate Baseball League and deliver those game events to the league and team websites in real-time for the benefit of players, fans and media partners. A unique feature of Pointstreak’s baseball statistical solution is Game Live, a real-time flash application that streams play-by-play baseball results over a 3-D graphical image of a baseball diamond. Pointstreak Stats for baseball is also geared towards the needs of media sources, providing Associated Press (AP) formatted box scores, allowing for easy reproduction of baseball stats into print media.
“We’re extremely excited to be partnering with the South Florida Collegiate Baseball League, as they enter their 2nd season of operations. Our solutions will help the league facilitate efficient delivery of league stats, schedules, score and standings to the fans in the age of instant information. To have the ability to provide scores and official statistics to their fans and media partners in true real-time is very exciting”, said Paul Pettipiece, Vice President of Baseball Operations of Pointstreak Inc.
