Pointstreak at USARS’s 2002 Nationals & Worlds

Vancouver, BC – USA Roller Sports (USARS), the governing body for roller sports in the US as designated by the USOC, will be using Pointstreak’s “Electronic Gamesheet System” for its 2002 Nationals, Men’s Worlds and Women’s Worlds.

Pointstreak’s “Electronic Gamesheet System” uses touch-screen computers to replace a league’s paper gamesheet. Instead of writing a goal or penalty down on paper, the scorekeeper enters it on a touch-screen terminal. Once the goal or penalty is entered, it is transmitted instantly to the Internet, where it can be viewed by players, parents, fans, league administrators and rink operators.

USARS’s Nationals, Men’s Worlds and Women’s World’s will be held at the ESL Centre in Rochester, New York from July 7th to August 1st.
