Pointstreak at 2005 ECHL All-Star Game

January 25th, 2005

Vancouver, BC – For the third consecutive year, the ECHL has selected Pointstreak to broadcast real-time statistics from the 2005 Coors Light / ECHL All-Star Game, to be held in Reading , PA.

The 2005 Coors Light / ECHL All-Star Game will be played at 7:05 p.m. ET on Wednesday, January 26th.

Pointstreak PRO is Pointstreak's product for professional, semi-professional, college-level and elite junior hockey leagues. The backbone of the system is Pointstreak's “Electronic Gamesheet System”, which uses touch-screen terminals or laptops to collect statistical information at the hockey game and then broadcasts this information to any Internet-connected computer in true real-time. For the 2005 ECHL All-Star Game, Pointstreak's system will literally be broadcasting the game goal-by-goal to media, fans, players, parents and league members around the world.
